# AgentOS Dashboard Design Directions V2

## Verdict

`Concept v1` was too close to a generic SaaS admin shell and did not feel medical, premium, or brand-safe for clinics.

The stronger direction for `AgentOS` is:

`Clinical Premium`

Why:

- feels calm and trustworthy instead of noisy
- supports a medical brand better than a dense tech-ops look
- keeps the inbox operational without looking like a commodity WhatsApp clone
- gives room for patient context, readiness, and notes to feel clinically important

## Directions

### 1. Clinical Premium

- Warm white surfaces
- Soft teal and deep slate accents
- Calm hierarchy
- Premium clinic tone
- Best fit for launch direction

### 2. Modern Ops

- Cleaner and sharper workflow density
- Slightly more utilitarian
- Good for heavy operator teams
- Better as a second-pass optimization, not first brand impression

### 3. Luxury Medical

- More VIP / boutique clinic mood
- Strong visual identity
- Riskier if overdone
- Better as inspiration, not full default system

## Screen Priorities

- Inbox-first layout
- Strong right context panel
- Patient summary above secondary metadata
- Booking readiness as a visible decision block
- Internal notes visually distinct from patient-facing content

## Recommendation

Build the real frontend on top of `Clinical Premium`, while borrowing:

- density discipline from `Modern Ops`
- small premium details from `Luxury Medical`
